Exchange and returns

You may return the goods you have ordered within the periods set out in our "Right of Cancellation" (14 days). You can return all goods to us free of charge with SEUR using the return slip in the parcel as long as the goods fulfill the other conditions mentioned in the information on cancellation. You can find out more about your right of cancellation at under "Right of Cancellation". A return slip with a return label is enclosed with every consignment of Spain. We will naturally bear the costs of returning the goods. However, please note that we do not pay for collection by SEUR. Please take the stamped parcel to your nearest post office or Packstation.

We will refund the purchase price you have already paid immediately on receipt of the returned goods if the articles are in their original packaging and have not been used and as long as the return slip has been completed in its entirety. If the products show any signs of wear and use, deductions of up to 50% of the purchase price will be made. If the products have been used we reserve the right to make no refund at all. You will receive the refund in the form of a credit to your bank account, PayPal account or your credit card account, all depending on the payment method.

If an order is being returned completely or partly, all articles free of charge have to be returned completely as well. If not, we'll charge the value of the articles free of charge against your credit.
